A patent-pending, quiet, fast and automated resealer of most test tubes on the market. Designed to be placed in the existing lab environment and for optimal accessibility.
The system is designed so that the sample after analysis is as soon as possible resealed and protected for further storage. As well as eliminating wear and tear damage that can often occur when manually resealing test tubes. The specially designed universal cap, which fits both 13 and 16mm diameter pipes, is filled in the container on top of KapSafe™.
The container has a capacity of 4200 corks which makes it easy to fill up and allows continuous resealing without overhaul for a long time.
KapSafe™ works with up to 20 different rack types including instrument specific racks with tubes of different sizes placed in the same rack.
KapSafe™ requires minimal space.
Reseals all standard pipes with 13-16mm diameter and 75-115mm high in up to 1200 pieces per hour. The dimensions are L 60cm W 60cm H 84cm.
