KapSafe automated Re-capper

A patented, quiet, fast and automated re-capper for most existing tubes on the market. Designed to be placed in an existing lab environment and for optimal accessibility.

The system is designed so that the sample is re-capped as soon as possible and protected for further storage. Also eliminates the wear and tear damage that often occurs when manually re-capping tubes. The specially designed universal cap, which fits both tubes with 13 and 16mm diameter, is filled in the container above KapSafe™.

The container has a capacity of 4200 caps, which makes it easy to fill up and allows continuous re-capping without supervision for a long time.
KapSafe™ works with up to 20 different rack types including instrument-specific racks with tubes of different sizes that are placed in the same rack.
KapSafe™ requires minimal space.

Re-caps all standard tubes with 13-16mm diameter and 75-115mm height in up to 1200 per hour. The dimensions are L 60cm B 60cm H 84cm.
